About the Artist
Derya Bedavacı
Derya Bedavacı, 1981 yılında Sivas'ta yedi çocuklu bir ailenin üçüncü çocuğu olarak dünyaya gelmiştir. Küçük yaşlarda ailesiyle birlikte İzmir'e taşınmış ve eğitim hayatını burada sürdürmüştür. İlk, orta ve lise eğitimini İzmir'de tamamladıktan sonra İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi Türk Sanat Müziği Korosu'na katılmış, ardından Ege Üniversitesi Devlet Türk Müziği Konservatuvarı'nda lisans ve yüksek lisans eğitimini tamamlamıştır. Müzik kariyerine İzmir'deki çeşitli mekânlarda solist olarak sahne alarak adım atan Derya Bedavacı, yorumculuk yeteneğinin yanı sıra besteleriyle de tanınmaktadır. Kubat'ın "Veda", "Buram Buram" ve "Eyvah" gibi şarkılarının yanı sıra Hakan Altun'un "Saki" ve Ferhat Göçer'in "Sanane" parçalarının da söz ve müzikleri kendisine aittir. 2016 yılında ilk albümü "Sayende"yi müzikseverlerle buluşturan Bedavacı, bu albümdeki tüm şarkıların söz ve müziklerini kendisi yazmıştır. Ayrıca, Hakan Altun ile birlikte seslendirdiği "Kavuşmalıyız" adlı tekli çalışmasıyla da dikkatleri üzerine çekmiştir. Müzik kariyerinin yanı sıra, müzisyen Murat Bedavacı ile evli olan Derya Bedavacı'nın Ada Su adında bir kızı bulunmaktadır.
