About the Artist
Yurdaer Okur
1994 yılında başladığı Hacettepe Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuarı Tiyatro Bölümü’nde lisans eğitimini tamamladıktan sonra Mimar Sinan Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuarı’nda yüksek lisans yapmıştır. Birçok tiyatro oyununda, dizide ve sinema filminde yer almıştır. Bunlardan; 2006 yılında Tekin karakterini canlandırdığı ‘’Köprü’’ dizisinde ve 2010’da ‘’Sakarya Fırat’’ dizisinde canlandırdığı Süleyman Kerkük karakteriyle dikkatleri üzerine çekmiştir. 2012 yılında, yönetmenliğini Uluç Bayraktar‘ın yaptığı ve başrollerini Kenan İmirzalıoğlu, Bergüzar Korel ve Çetin Tekindor‘la paylaştığı “Karadayı” adlı dizide canlandırdığı Turgut Akın karakteriyle kariyerindeki basamakları birer birer tırmanan Yurdaer Okur, 2014 yılında “Kod Adı Reaksiyon” projesinde yer almıştır. 2016’da başrollerini Pelin Karahan’la paylaştığı ‘’Yeter’’ dizisi çok geniş bir izleyici kitlesine ulaşmıştır. 2018’de yer aldığı ‘’Direniş Karatay’’ ve ‘’Keşif’’ filmleriyle de çokça dikkat çekmiştir. Netflix’in ilk Türk dizisi olan “Hakan: Muhafız”da Kemal karakterini canlandıran Yurdaer Okur ‘’Nöbet’’ dizisinde ‘’Barış Kalender’’ karakterine hayat veriyor.
