1976 yılında dünyaya gelmiştir. Yaptığı müziği, Anadolu blues olarak tanımlamaktadır. Birçok müzik otoritesince, sesi Cem Karaca'ya benzetilmektedir. Can Gox, Gox isminin nereden geldiğiyle ilgili, Göksun soyadının kendince kısaltılmış sahne adı olduğunu söylemiştir.Müzik piyasasına atılmadan önce de, özel bir şirkette yöneticilik yaptığını, ancak hem müzik ile uğraşıp hem de mesleki kariyerine devam etmesinin çok zor olduğunu belirterek, özel sektörden ayrıldığını anlatmaktadır. Drama Köprüsü, Neredesin Sen gibi geleneksel ezgiler taşıyan Anadolu müziklerini, kendi enstrümanları ve caz stilini yansıtarak oluşturduğu tınılarda yeniden seslendirmesiyle, eski ve yeni kültürel ögeler arasında köprü vaziyeti de görmektedir.
