- Etkinliğimiz, Ege Palas’ta klasik müzik eşliğinde gerçekleşecek 1,5 saatlik keyifli bir sanat deneyimidir.
- Etkinlik süresince gerekli tüm malzemeler İzArt tarafından sağlanacaktır. Katılımcıların herhangi bir deneyime sahip olması gerekmez; süreç boyunca sanatçımız katılımcılara yönlendirme ve destek sağlayacaktır.
- Etkinliğe en fazla 15 dakika gecikme hakkı bulunmaktadır. Bu sürenin aşılması halinde etkinliğe katılım sağlanamayabilir ve bilet iadesi yapılamaz.
- Bilet iptal ve değişiklik taleplerinin etkinlikten en az 24 saat önce iletilmesi gerekmektedir. Etkinliğe 24 saatten az süre kala yapılan iptal taleplerinde bilet kullanılmış sayılır ve iade yapılamaz.
- Etkinlik alanında düzenin ve katılımcı deneyiminin korunması adına, organizasyon ekibi uygun görmediği durumlarda katılımcının etkinliğe devam etmesini engelleme hakkını saklı tutar.
- Etkinlik boyunca fotoğraf ve video çekimi yapılabilir; katılım sağlayan kişiler, etkinlik atmosferini yansıtan bu içeriklerin İzArt’ın sosyal medya ve tanıtım kanallarında kullanılabileceğini kabul etmiş sayılır.
