Bilsem ki, Serdar Ortaç'ın en çok satan albümlerinden olan, 21 Ekim 1999 yılında yayınlanmış; dördüncü stüdyo albümüdür. Albümün klipleri; "Asrın Hatası", "Bilsem ki", "Yar Diye Diye"dir. Albüm, çıktığı ilk hafta 500 bin adet satmış olup toplam olarak 2.5 milyon satış elde etmiştir. Albümün çıkış parçası olan Asrın Hatası, aylarca listelerin ilk sıralarında yer almış olup 1999 yılının en çok dinlenilen şarkısı olmayı başarmıştır. İkinci çıkış parçası olan Bilsem Ki ile Serdar Ortaç, bu albümünde asıl patlamasını yapmış olup o dönemin en iyi slow şarkısına imza atmıştır. Ayrıca bu albüm Serdar Ortaç'ın kariyerinde büyük bir dönüm noktası olmuş,bu albüme kadar kendisini dinlemeyen birçok kişiyi bile kendisine hayran etmeyi başarmış ve inanılmaz bir Serdar Ortaç fanatizmi meydana gelmiştir. Ortaç, 2020 yılında yaptığı açıklama ile albümde yer alan ve müziğinin anonim olduğu belirtilen "Cahil" adlı parçanın, Gürcistanlı Kürt müzik grubu Koma Wetan'ın "Cahiltî" şarkısının üzerine Türkçe söz yazılarak oluşturulduğunu doğruladı.
