Mansur Ark
Mansur Ark, 26 Kasım 1965’te Mersin’de doğmuş, Afrika kökenli bir aileden gelen Türk pop-müzik sanatçısı, söz yazarı ve oyuncudur. 1994’te piyanoya duyduğu ilgiyle başlayan müzik yolculuğu, 1996’da imzaladığı ilk plak anlaşmasıyla profesyonel düzeye taştı. 1997’de kendi adını taşıyan ilk albümüyle çıkış yapan Ark, “Maalesef” adlı şarkısıyla geniş kitlelerin dikkatini çekti; bu parça 90’ların en çok dinlenen hitleri arasında yer aldı. O albümden sonra ’99’da yayımladığı “Öğrendim” albümü ve “Gel Yanıma” gibi parçalarla kariyerini sürdürdü. Müzik tarzında pop’u temel alsa da, blues, R&B ve caz unsurlarını da eserlerine yansıtıyor — bu da onu döneminin farklı seslerinden biri yapıyor. Ayrıca müzik dışındaki çalışmalarıyla da tanınıyor: oyunculuk yapmış, dizi ve film projelerinde yer almış, 2000-li yıllarda televizyon ekranlarında da görünür olmuştur. Mansur Ark’ın geniş diskografisi, dönemine damga vuran şarkıları ve çok yönlü sanatçı kimliği — onu hem nostaljik Türk pop müziği döneminin simgelerinden biri hem de hâlâ aktif bir müzisyen hâline getiriyor.
