Account and Data Deletion - EventPal

1. Delete in the app

In the EventPal app, go to Profile → Security & Password → Permanently Delete Account. If you sign in with a password, you will be asked to confirm it before deletion.

2. Delete on the website

Sign in at eventpal.co and permanently delete your account from the account settings on your Profile page. The app and the website use the same account.

3. Request by e-mail

If you cannot access the app or the website, send an e-mail with the subject "Account deletion request" to [email protected] from the e-mail address registered to your account. We complete requests within 30 days.

4. What is deleted

When your account is deleted, your profile information (name, e-mail, profile photo), saved events, followed artists, venues and cities, discovery and notification preferences, and notification device registrations are permanently deleted. This cannot be undone.

Contributions such as event price reports may remain in anonymized form, no longer linked to your identity.
